대동명소도 지원
대동명소도는 수묵화처럼 그린 흑백 한반도 지도 위에서 궁궐, 사찰, 성곽, 능, 서원, 고택, 탑, 자연 명승 306곳을 둘러보는 아이폰 앱입니다. 계정이 없고 인터넷 연결 없이 쓸 수 있습니다.
자주 묻는 질문
도장이 안 찍혀요.
도장은 그 명소 가까이에 있을 때만 찍을 수 있습니다. 거리는 명소마다 정해 두었고 대부분 현장 1km 안입니다. 먼 곳에서는 도장 단추가 점선으로 보이고, 누르면 이유를 알려 줍니다. 위치를 허용하지 않았거나 "정확한 위치"를 꺼 두었다면 기기의 설정에서 켜 주세요.
북한 땅 명소에 도장을 찍을 수 없어요.
306곳 가운데 15곳은 북한에 있어 지금은 갈 수 없습니다. 지도와 해설로는 볼 수 있지만 도장은 찍지 않으며, 도장 진행은 갈 수 있는 291곳을 기준으로 셉니다.
사진이 흑백으로만 보여요.
의도한 모양입니다. 사진은 흑백으로 보이고, 그 명소의 도장을 찍으면 원래 색으로 보입니다. 사진 작가와 이용 조건은 설정의 "명소 사진 출처"에서 볼 수 있습니다.
영어로 바꾸려면요?
지도 화면 오른쪽 위의 톱니 단추를 눌러 설정을 열고 "English"를 고르세요. 다시 켜지 않아도 앱 전체가 바로 바뀝니다. 한국어로 돌아올 때는 "한국어"를 고르면 됩니다.
내 위치가 지도에 안 나와요.
기기의 설정에서 대동명소도의 위치 사용을 "앱을 사용하는 동안"으로 해 주세요. 지도의 영역(한반도와 둘레) 밖에 계시면 내 위치가 나타나지 않습니다.
데이터가 지워졌어요.
도장과 찜은 기기 안에만 저장되어서 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 옮겨 가지 않습니다.

Daedong Myeongsodo Support
Daedong Myeongsodo is an iPhone app for exploring 306 Korean heritage sites (palaces, temples, fortresses, royal tombs, academies, old houses, pagodas and scenic places) on a black and white ink-wash map of the peninsula. It needs no account and works without an internet connection.
FAQ
Why can't I collect a stamp?
A stamp can be collected only when you are near the real site. The distance is set per site and is 1 km for most of them. When you are farther away, the stamp button appears dashed, and tapping it explains why. If you declined location access, or turned off Precise Location, enable it in your device settings.
Why can't I stamp the sites in North Korea?
Fifteen of the 306 sites are in North Korea and cannot be visited at present. You can read about them and see them on the map, but they have no stamp. Stamp progress is counted out of the 291 sites that can be visited.
Why are the photos black and white?
This is by design. Photos are shown in black and white and appear in their original colors once you have stamped that site. Photographers and licenses are listed in Settings under Site Photo Credits.
How do I switch the language?
Tap the gear icon at the top right of the map to open Settings, then choose English or Korean (한국어). The whole app changes right away without restarting.
My location does not show on the map.
In your device settings, set Location for Daedong Myeongsodo to "While Using the App". Your position is not shown if you are outside the area the map covers.
My stamps disappeared.
Stamps and favorites are stored only on your device, so deleting the app or changing devices does not carry them over.
